Bahwan CyberTex to shift corporte headquarters to Chennai

Chennai, Mar 5 (UNI) Bahwan CyberTek, a US Dollar 45 million global provider of hybrid technology solutions has announced the shifting of its global corporate headquarters to Chennai.

With this, Bahwan's foreign operations will become wholly owned subsidiaries of the Indian arm - Bahwan CyberTek Pvt Ltd, a company release here today said.

The move comes in line with the company's increasing centrality of India to its global growth plans.

In a related development the company has restructured its business operations in India, which will now be brought under N P Menon, Chief Operating Officer, who will directly report to the CEO of the BCT Group.

All global development, BPO and training operations will be consolidated at the new 1.8 lakh sqft on the IT corridor in Chennai, the release added.

Granules India to set up JV in China

Mumbai, Mar 6 (UNI) Chinese Government today gave an official permission to Granules India to set up a joint venture with Hubei Biocause Heilen Pharmaceutical Company Ltd of China.
