Tirumala, Mar 5 (UNI) Three pilgrims were injured, one of them seriously, when the car in which they were travelling hit a parapet wall on the Tirumala-Tirupati road here today.
Police said the mishap occurred when they were coming down to Tirupati after visiting Venkateswara Swamy Temple here. Of the six occupants of the car, two escaped unhurt.
The seriously injured Srinivas Rao, hailing from Kukatpalli in Hyderabad, was admitted to Government Ruia Hospital in Tirupati.
