Kozhikode, Mar 3 (UNI) The public sector Punjab National Bank has revised interest rates on ''PNB Mahabachat'' and ''PNB Tax Saver Deposit Scheme'' with effect from March 1 this year.
The new rates on PNB Mahabachat were 9.50 per cent for deposits of one year to less than two years, 9.25 per cent for two to less than three years and nine per cent for three years, said a PNB release here today.
Minimum deposit for the scheme had also been reduced from Rs 50,000 to 25,000, it said.
Nomination and overdraft facility were also available under the scheme.
Similarly, PNB Tax Saver fixed deposit scheme would now attract eight to 8.50 per cent rate for common categories and nine per cent for senior citizens.
