Metro Services to be curtailed tomorrow on Holi

New Delhi, Mar 3 (UNI) The Delhi Metro will run on curtailed services on the occasion of Holi festival tomorrow.

Metro services will not be available till 1400 hrs tomorrow on all three lines of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), i.e, Shahdara to Rithala, VishwaVidyalaya to Central Secretariat and Indraprastha to Dwarka Sector-9, a DMRC spokesperson said.

Metro services will start at 1400 hrs and will continue normally thereafter, the spokesperson added.

19-yr-old arrested for trying to rape pregnant woman

New Delhi, Mar 14 (UNI) A 19-year-old has been arrested by the police for allegedly trying to rape a pregnant woman, whose husband works in a multi-national company, in Sarai Rohilla area of North Delhi. Accused Nanu Gupta, tenant of the victim, who lived next door tried to outrage the modesty of the woman at about 1130 hrs yesterday when nobody was at her Padam Nagar home in Sarai Rohilla, said sources.
