JRG Securities sets up JV in S Arabia

New Delhi, Mar 1 (UNI) JRG Securities Ltd today said it has received a provisional licence to set up a joint venture company in Saudi Arabia.

The JV will be called 'JRG Al Fahhad International Financial Services Ltd' and will be set up with a local partner, United International Trading Company Ltd.

Bhopal, Mar 1 (UNI) The 115 students of the 2007 batch from the Indian Institute of Management Indore received 329 offers, including 12 international ones, from 67 companies -- 29 for the first time -- and the average salary exceeded Rs 12 lakh per annum, an increase of 45 per cent over last year. Marg Constructions to raise 30 mln dlr via FCCBs

New Delhi, Mar 1 (UNI) Marg Constructions Ltd today said it plans to raise up to 30 million dollars through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) in place of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs). The company's Committee of Directors in a meeting allotted 1351,500 GDRs each at a price of 11.10 dollar aggregating to 15.0016 million dollars.
