Khanduri says Budget is annual Babu's report

New Delhi, Feb 28 (UNI) BJP leader B.C.Khanduri,being tipped as the new Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, today described the Budget as listless with hardly anything to be excited about.

''It is an annual Babu's report,'' he remarked reacting to the Budget while talking to reporters.

Asked whether he was going to be elected leader of the BJP legislature party to become Chief Minister,Mr Khanduri,exuding confidence,said the matter will be decided by the Parliamentary Board in a day or two.

Asked to comment further, Mr Khanduri said, ''unless the party decides I can not comment anything.'' Replying to a question, Mr Khanduri said he had no problems with BJP leader and his rival Bhagat Singh Koshiary.

FM failed to come out with a bold budget: Sinha
