Dry weather prevail over the State

Bangalore, Feb 28 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather at 0830 hrs today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State.

Minimum temperatures rose at many places over Interior Karnataka and at a few places over Coastal Karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka and were normal over North Interior Karnataka.

Agumbe recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 8.2 degree Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Friday morning:Dry weather may prevail over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Dry weather may prevail over all the districts of the State.

No significant change is expected over the State.

Forecast for Bangalore city: Mainly clear sky. Minimum temperature would be around 18 degree Celsius.

Have Bengali signboards, else lose trading license: KMC

Kolkata, Feb 22 (UNI) The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) has warned all shopowners in the city that they would lose their trading licenses if they fail to put up signboards in Bengali.
