Salem to be presented here on March 21

New Delhi, Feb 27 (UNI) A local court today issued fresh production warrant of underworld don Abu Salem to Mumbai jail officials for March 21.

The don, who was to be presented here today, will now be presented by Arthur Road Jail (Mumbai) officials on March 21.

Salem, who is wanted in Delhi in three cases of extortion, could not be brought here following a Mumbai court directive after he moves a petition on health grounds.

Srinagar, Feb 27 (UNI) A Nepali and a Rajasthani labourers died in the Kashmir valley today, official sources said. They said body of a Rajasthani labourer Rikiram son of Ramuram resident of ward 12 Chandwali, Rajasthan, was recovered under mysterious circumstances at Nowgam bypass this morning. The body was taken away by the police for ascertaining the cause of death. Another body of a Nepali labourer was recovered at Bibhat, Drass in Kargil district of Ladakh region. Hardoi, Feb 27 (UNI) Fifty Eight cows, including 45 dead, were recovered in this district of Uttar Pradesh today. Acting on a tip-off, police reached the Hardoi-Shahabad highway and seized the cows, while they were being carried to a slaughter house. The miscreants, however, managed to escape.
