Transwarranty Finance debuts with 15 per cent premium

Mumbai, Feb 26 (UNI) Financial services and investment banking company, Transwarranty Finance, today debuted with 15.38 per cent premium over its issue price of Rs 52 per share.

The IPO was issued to raise funds for expansion and increasing the scale of operations, geographic expansion through opening of regional offices, making strategic investments or acquisitions of companies engaged in the business of financial services and banking, an official release said.

IDBI Capital Market Services was the sole book running lead manager to the IPO, the release added.

Mumbai, Feb 26 (UNI) Media company Raj Television Network has received encouraging response from investors who have subscribed fully to its issue by 3.04 times. The issue received more than 1.08 crore bids, 77.36 lakh bids at cut-off price, brokers said. Copper and nickel rises on good industrial demand

Mumbai, Feb 26 (UNI) Copper and nickel rose on good industrial demand as the London Metal Exchange also edged up, traders at the Bombay Metal Exchange said today. In the ferrous category, copper utensil, copper heavy and brass cutting was up by Rs 1000, Rs 600 and Rs 500 per quintal respectively on better buying support. Brass utensil also shot up by Rs 300 per quintal on lesser stock supply. In the non-ferrous category, Copper wire bar and lead ingot edged.....

Sugar prices ease in Kolhpur

Kolhapur, Feb 26 (UNI) The prices of M-30 and S-30 grades of sugar eased by Rs 10 to Rs 1,345/1,350 and Rs 1,335/1,340 per quintal respectively today.
