Ok Play India to raise $ 15mln in overseas markets

New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) Plastic products manufacturer OK Play India will raise 15 million dollars in overseas market.

The members of the company have accorded to issue Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) in one or more foreign markets.

The issue is, however, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.

The merger will enhance marketing, servicing and delivery footprints to clients worldwide through integration, realignment and cross-selling. Under the agreement, HOV's wholly-owned subsidiary in the US (LLC) will acquire 100 per cent of the outstanding equity securities.....

Proto Infosys to set up Rs 150 cr plant in HP

New Delhi, Feb 26 (UNI) Proto Infosys Ltd today said it will set up a manufacturing facility in Himachal Pradesh for making watergen machine, earthing electrode equipments and dome air from with an investment of Rs 150 crore.
