Lankan missing in Taj city

Agra, Feb 26 (UNI) Police has so far been unable to get any clue about the Sri Lanka national, who had been missing since the last five days in district of Uttar Pradesh.

K G A Vijay Singhai (76) along with his wife and niece had arrived in the city on February 22 and taken accommodation in a hotel under Rakabganj police station area.

Later in the evening, Mr Singhai's wife lodged an FIR after he did not return, police said.

Meanwhile, search operations were on.

Sex racket at 'Yoga centre'

Ujjain, MP, Feb 26 (UNI) An Ayurvedic physician and a woman were among three persons arrested on the charge of running a sex racket at a 'Yoga centre' in this ancient temple town. City superintendent of Police Anjana Tiwari said a police raid took place last evening at Freegunj. The physician was identified as Dr Natwarlal alias Bhurelal who also managed a hospital. UNI.....

Pratapgarh, Feb 26 (UNI) Unidentified burglars decamped with ancient 'ashtadhatu' idols of Lord Ram, Sita and Laksman here late last night, police today said. The incident took place in Kilhanapur village under Hathgavan police station area, where the idols worth several lakhs of rupees were found missing. Delhi-Bhopal Shatabdi Express stoned

Morena, MP, Feb 26 (UNI) The Delhi-Bhopal Shatabdi Express was today halted and stoned at Hetampur Railway Station in Morena district by angry passengers, who demanded that the Gwalior-Agra Shuttle Express be re-started, railway sources said. The services of the Gwalior-Agra Shuttle Express had been terminated a few days back. This had been causing great inconvenience to the daily passengers, who had staged demonstration in this regard earlier also. The passengers stopped the train at Hetampur Railway Station.
