New Delhi, Feb 26: Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav tables Railway Budget for the year 2007-08 amid disruption of the proceedings by the NDA over the Bofors issue in the Parliament.

ONGC sells naphtha cargo at $20-$23 premium

Singapore, Feb 26: Hindustan Petroleum Corp. Ltd. (HPCL) has issued a tender to buy a total of 60,000 tonnes of 92-octane Euro 3 gasoline for April-June delivery, a trading source said on Monday.The tender will close on Monday and offers should remain valid until Tuesday.In this tender, HPCL is seeking three 20,000-tonne cargoes to be delivered April 20-25, May 10-15 and May 28-June to Kandla and Mumbai.For each 20,000-tonne size cargo, 15,000 tonnes will be.....

A Suicide bomber kills Afghan policeman

Khost (Afghanistan), Feb 26: A suicide bomber today blew himself up at the gate of a police station in southeastern Afghanistan, killing an officer, officials said.The incident happened in the centre of Khost town, near the border with Pakistan.One officer was wounded in the attack which officials linked to ''Afghanistan's enemies'', a term often used by officials to describe Taliban and their al Qaeda allies.No one has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.After.....
