West Indies Parliament delegation visits TN

Chennai, Feb 25 (UNI) A four-member Parliament delegation from Trinand and Tobago met the Tamil Nadu Speaker R Avudaiyappan here today and held discussions with him.

The delegation, who were here for a two-day trip to the city, would visit Mahabalipuram and other places tomorrow and would leave for New Delhi on the same day.

Mizoram police to exhume body of slain insurgent

Aizawl, March 14 (UNI) Mizoram police will exhume the body of a slain NSCN (I-M) cadre killed by his comrades after he voluntarily left the outfit recently. Police sources here today said four NSCN(I-M) cadres were arrested for allegedly killing one of their comrades and buried him on the outskirts of Tuipuibari village in western Mizoram along the Tripura border. HC needs original papers in missing ULFA members case

Guwahati, Mar 14 (UNI) The Gauhati High Court has directed the Centre to submit original documents in connection with the status of certain members of banned militant outfit ULFA. These militants went missing since Royal Bhutan Army operation against the militant group base in Bhutan in December, 2003. Kerala likely to clinch deal on Smart City
