Hyderabad, Feb 24 (UNI) A city court today granted permission with certain conditions to the Police to further search the premises of the Margadarsi Financiers, owned by media baron Ch Ramoji Rao from 1000 hrs tomorrow and posted the case for further hearing to Monday.

Passing an interim order on a petition filed by Mr Ramoji Rao praying for suspension of its order dated February 21, Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge S Anantasayana Prasad ordered the search operation should be taken up by the CID police with minimum required members in the presence of six representatives of the firm.

The Judge asked the police not to seize documents pertaining to the deposits, which were going to mature within 10 days from tomorrow.

Allowing the police, however, to take photocopies of the documents, he directed the petitioner to produce the same as and when required.

He further ordered that other documents liable for seizure should be kept in a sealed box in a room specified by the petitioner and the said room should then be sealed and the keys entrusted to the respondents.

With regard to the already sealed rooms on the terrace and in the passage on the third floor, the court directed the seals of the same to be broken and the deposits, which would reach maturity in ten days from tomorrow to be identified and handed over to the petitioner after making note of the same.

Entire first floor except the room containing the sealed boxes be released after the search is complete, Justice Prasad said in his order.
