Body of a fishermen recovered from Arabian sea

Jamnagar, Feb 24 (UNI) The Coast Guard, engaged in the search operation of seven missing fishermen, recovered the body of one of them 16 nautical miles off Jakhho last night.

Police said that the body of Osman Latif Jadeja (45), recovered from the sea, had been taken to his native village Okha.

Seven fishermen, who left from Dwarka Bet in the Arabian Sea on February 15 for fishing, were reported missing after their boat capsized in the sea. The Boat owner informed the police and coastal guard on February 20 after he received the information of the tragic incident from other fishermen.

The Coast guard is still continuing their mission for searching the other six missing fishermen, police said.

Mumbai, Feb 24 (UNI) The Railway Ministry has decided to introduce a tri-weekly express between Bhuj and Bareilly stations from tomorrow. An official release here today said train No 4322 Bhuj-Bareilly Express will leave from Bhuj on every Monday, Thursday and Sunday at 1540 hrs and will reach Bareilly at 2005 hrs the next day. Similarly, train No 4321 Bareilly-Bhuj Express will depart from Bareilly at 0610 hrs on every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and arrive at Bhuj at.....

5 Lankan soldiers killed in fresh clashes in North

Colombo, Mar 17: Five Sri Lanka soldiers were killed and 19 wounded in two separate clashes when LTTE fired volley mortar shelling on Forward Defence Lines (FDLs) of the government troops at Omanthai in the North of Sri Lanka. Barrackpore, West Bengal, Mar 06 (UNI) Police today recovered two minor girls from the clutches of immoral traffickers at Chakdah in Nadia district today. Two persons were also arrested from Kanchrapara railway station in this connection. New weekly train between Ahmedabad-Patna

Ahmedabad, Feb 24 (UNI) The Western Railway (WR) has introduced a new weekly express train between Ahmedabad and Patna with effect from February 28. The train No 2947 Azimabad Express will commence its first journey from Ahmedabad on February 28 at 2125 hrs on every Wednesday and reach Patna at 0435 hrs on Friday.
