Kerela Ayurveda sets subsy in Germany

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Germany to tap the healthcare related software business in Europe.

The subsidiary is proposed to be named KatraSoft Europe Gmbh, a company statement said today.

KAPL, a major force in health care is growing at a spectacular rate and some of its products are on the verge of being patented.

Kochi, Mar 10 (UNI) Five people, including two men from Uttar Pradesh, were killed and nine people injured in two separate mishaps in the Ernakulam and Thrissur districts of Kerala today. Laloo, 27 and Bharat Yadav were killed when a car, being driven by a local college student, went out of control and hit the two at Chakaraparambu under Edapally police station in the city this afternoon. Kochi, Mar 11 (UNI) The Congress will mount a state-wide protest against the ''anti-people'' Left Democratic Front government in Kerala on March 22, Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president Ramesh Chennithala said today. Addressing a press conference here, Mr Chennithala said that Congress activists, led by Leader of the Opposition Oommen Chandy, will sit on a 'dharna' outside the Secretariat at Thiruvananthapuram on March 22. Kochi, Mar 12 (UNI) Air Sahara today announced an expansion of its overseas services, adding Male and Kuala Lumpur to the foreign destinations covered by it. Smruthi Organics bags WHO certificate for APIs in EU

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) Smruthi Organics Ltd has been accredited the Current Good Manufacturing Practices - World Health Organisation (cGMP-WHO) certificate from German health authorities for its active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) for the European Union. The APIs include Norfloxacin, Carbidopa and Metformin Hydrochloride, a company statement said today.
