Ford rolls out Fiesta's updated version

New Delhi, Feb 23 (UNI) Ford India today launched its updated model of Fiesta 1.4-litre petrol ZXi at a price of Rs 6,30,700, ex-showroom New Delhi.

With the addition of the new feature-laden model to its Fiesta line-up, the new version of the vehicle is the latest addition to a new six-model category, including three petrol and three diesel variants.

''The new 1.4-litre petrol ZXi, ideal for city driving has been introduced in direct response to customer feedback,'' said Ford India Vice President (Marketing, Sales and Service) Scott McCormack.

The new offering will complement the Fiesta range with value added features which was launched in November 2005. With increased level of comfort, best in class powertrains, stylish design and unmatched mileage, it is set to further strengthen its position as the class leader in the growing mid-size automotive segment, Mr McCormack said.

The new ZXi series boasts additional attractive features including electric outer rear view mirrors, programmable keyless entry and driver seat height adjust mechanism.

In the new Ford Fiesta series, the Fiesta Duratec (petrol) family will now constitute a 1.4 EXi, a 1.6 SXi and the all new 1.4 ZXi.

The new Fiesta Duratorq (diesel) range will include a 1.4 EXi, a 1.4 ZXi and a 1.4 SXi.
