Reliance offers 'Sajni' movie clips on mobile phones

Bangalore, Feb 21 (UNI) Reliance Communications today announced availability of latest Kannada movie 'Sajni' on Reliance Mobile World.

The company joined hands with the producers of the movie to provide the content in the form of video clips, wallpapers and ring tones on Reliance cell phones.

A R Rehmaan, who makes his maiden entry into Kannada filmdom, is the Music Director for 'Sajni' Speaking to reporters at the launch Lloyd Noronha, Karnataka Circle Head (Sales and Marketing) of Reliance Communications said, ''Sajni is part of a series of entertainment content that we are providing to our mobile customers in Karnataka. We had earlier featured Kannada films Arasu and Aishwarya. Our endeavor to bring more such entertainment content in the future,'' .

'Land Protection Cell' being set up for temple lands:Official

Rajahmundry,Feb 20 (UNI)The government will set up a 'Land Protection Cell' (LPC) to protect endowment lands, Endowment Commissioner Sundarlal today said. Speaking to newsmen here, Mr Sundarlal said the government had been taking all steps to protect endowment lands. A legal cell would also be created in which a retired judge would be there along with two advocates. There were 40 lakh acre of endowment land in the state. All temple lands were being computed. MK to launch second phase of Unemployment aid scheme Feb 24

Chennai, Feb 20 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi will launch the second phase of the programme providing unemployment allowance to educated youth on February 24 at Coimbatore. An official press release here tonight said the first phase of the scheme was launched by the Chief Minister on November 11 last year benefitting 1.88 lakh youth. In the second phase, financial assistance upto a maximum of Rs 900 being the assistance for three months, will be provided to 2.5 lakh.....
