MADC signs MoU with HCL

Mumbai, Feb 20 (UNI) Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC) today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoV) with Information Technology major HCL for a project in Multimodel International hub airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) special economic zone SeZ.

Speaking on the occasion, Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh said the MoU will increase the investment in Vidarbha region.

HCL is going to start IT projects on 140 acre land in the MIHAN SEZ and the project will give employment to 10,000 people in five years, CEO HCL Shiv Nadar said.

Karantaka to introduce title insurance to safeguard property

Bangalore, Mar 16 (UNI) Curbing the menace of land encroachment in Bangalore, Karnataka today announced introduction of title deeds insurance besides establishment of Bangalore Developers, Builders and House Owners Repository.
