Calsoft posts revenue of Rs 125.24 crore

Chennai, Feb 20 (UNI) California Software Company Limited (Calsoft) has posted a consolidated revenue of Rs 125.24 crore (YoY), an increase of 57 per cent, for the nine months ended December 31, 2006.

The company's Board of Directors had approved the unaudited financial results for the Q3 and nine months ended December 31, a company release said.

Total consolidated revenue for Q3 was Rs 42.84 crore (YoY), a growth of 22 per cent compared to corresponding period last year.

The profit after tax for the nine months ended December 31, 2006 was Rs 1.35 crore.

The company acquired a majority stake in Inatech Infosolutions, a specialised Oracle solutions provider, which focuses on UK market, the release added.
