Jalandhar, Feb 2 (UNI) Actor-turned-politician and Jan Morcha President Raj Babbar will visit Punjab on February 6 to campaign for the party candidates for the February 13 assembly polls in the state.
Party state president Gyan Chand told reporters here today that Mr Babbar will address at least four election rallies in favour of party nominees in Jalandhar and Ludhiana districts.
Mr Chand said his party is contesting election in alliance with joint morcha of left parties and fielded its nominees on four assembly seats in Ludhiana and Jalandhar districts.
The party was also expecting former Prime Minister VP Singh to visit for campaigning, Mr Chand added.
