Kolkata, Feb1: Sunetra, a super speciality eye clinic, has launched Computer Vision Clinic to treat Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS), vision related disorders caused by changing lifestyles and prolonged computer usage.
The clinic is fully equipped with all necessary facilities and trained personnel.
A company release said here today that in view of the boom in IT in the East, Sunetra hopes to play a pioneering role in making the industry aware of CVS by holding camps and offering one-stop solutions for the same.
Inaugurating the centre here yesterday, state IT minister Debesh Das said the centre marks another milestone in eye care in the East.
The release also said the centre would provide other eye care services, including specialised treatments for Glaucoma, Retinal Disorders and Cataracts.
Sunetra also has an infrastructure for cataract, glaucoma, squint and vitero-retinal surgeries, ophthalmic unltrasonography, lasers, angiography, infection-free rooms for instrument sterilisation etc.
