Five more Cong candidates named for Uttarakhand polls

New Delhi, Jan 31 (UNI) The Central Election Committee(CEC) of the Congress today approved the named of the remaining five of the 70 candidates for the Assembly elections in Uttarakhand slated for February 21.

According to an AICC release issued here by Mr Moti Lal Vora, In-charge of Uttarakhand,the five candidates are Sanjai Kumar Saini, (Laldhang), Virendra Singh Butola, (Rudra Prayag), Ravindra Singh Bist, (Pithoragarh), Hem Pant,(Didihat) and Mayukh Maher, (Kanalichina).

Prachanda says Nepali Congress reluctant to promote politics of consensus
