Kenyan student commits suicide in Nagpur

Nagpur, Jan 4 (UNI) A student from Kenya, studying law in a college here, allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from the roof of his room.

According to police, the student, identified as Norman Myuyoki Moyanda RPT Norman Myuyoki Moyanda (23), hailing from Nairobi (Kenya), hanged himself with a nylon rope from the roof of his room in Abhyankar Nagar area here yesterday.

Moyanda was a student of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar University Law College, the police said.

The reason behind the suicide could not be ascertained, the police said adding that the Kenyan Embassy had been informed about Moyanda's death.
