Chennai, Jan 04 (UNI) Blackberrys, leading manufacturer of contemporary clothing for men has chalked out an ambitious plan to strengthen its business in Southern India markets.
" We are working out a major extension plan in South India, particularly for setting up more brand outlets across the region," Company General Manager Badal Chaudhry told mediapersons here today.
"South is a big market and we are looking at expanding our retail presence. We have earmarked about 30 lakh for each outlet, which would be set up in all leading markets of Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad," he informed.
Mr Chaudhry pointed out that Blackberry has collaborated with Mani Ratnam's new film 'Guru' starring Abhishek Bachchan, who has been styled by Blackberrys.
Mr Aditya Joshi, Brand Manager, who was present said Blackberry has recently added women clothing line which was already out in selected markets.
He said the number of exclusive Blackberrys brand stores would go up in the region.
