Chennai, Dec 31 (UNI) For the two time champion and the runner up here, Spain's Carlos Moya, sharing the limelight in this edition with countryman Rafael Nadal, 2007 may not be too ambitious, by his own admission.

In a brief interaction with the media at the Babulat sports goods unit's India outlet Ms Sportiff (India) Pvt Ltd, Moya who has been the Brand Ambassador for their racquets, said his target was to be back among the top 40 in the rankings. The former French Open winner's current ranking is 43.

''I have been practising hard. I expect to be back in form in the New year'', Moya, one of the crowd favourites on the centre court in the Nungambakkam stadium here said.

Moya said his objective was to ''feel good and healthy ''.

When reminded of the fact that he was the runner up in the Chennai Open last year and what he expected this year, Moya said he definitely hoped to win again here.

''But I can't say anything now. I will take it match by match,'' he said.

Nadal, who addressed a press conference earlier in the afternoon, answering a question in good humour on 'when will you beat Federer?' said ''may be never, as you know.'' Meanwhile, Babolat's India outlet (Sportiff India Pvt Ltd) MD Altaf M Vahanvaty said from a few hundred tennis racquets three years ago, the company had seen a surge in their sales, crossing 10,000 units per year mark.

''We expect the figure to touch 20,000 tennis frames by 2010'', he hoped.

Nadal, the new brand ambassador for Babolat, said he was delighted to be associated with world class product whose brand ambassadors include other tennis greats like Andy Roddick, Fernando Gonzalez and Kim Clijsters.
