Sobha Developers bags order from Dell India

New Delhi, Dec 26: Real estate firm Sobha Developers Ltd today said it has received a contract worth Rs 23.21 crore from Dell India Pvt Ltd to construct a manufacturing plant in Sriperumbadur, Chennai.

As per the Letter of Indent (LoI) from Dell India, the company's new corporate client, the scope of work comprises civil works and project management fees for the plant's electrical works, PHE, mechanical, HVAC and structural works.

The value of the work comprises Rs 22.71 crore towards civil works and Rs 50 lakh towards project management fees.

The project will be completed by June next year.
