Silverline Tech JV with Canada's healthcare Co'

New Delhi, Dec 26: Silverline Technologies Ltd today annouced a tie-up with Sumalytics Inc, a Canadian healthcare and performance management company, to penetrate in North American health segment.

The company would act as a global shared services provider with the North American company. It would leverage its facilities in Gujarat and Mumbai to deliver on these initiatives.

Silverline said it would spell out complete details on the initiative over the next few weeks.

Sumalytics has developed a patent-pending system, Variance Analytics (VA), which seeks to deliver major value in terms of cost savings and benefits to hospitals, insurance companies and governments which fund health care.

The system will bring physicians and managers together to manage the changes in hospital operations. It will also identify, and help to actualise, major cost savings for hospitals, arising from care improvements for patients.

DoNER initiated livelihood project for NE

IndusInd Bank receives 'okay' to open 19 branches

New Delhi, Dec 26: IndusInd Bank Ltd today said it has received authorisation from the Reserve Bank of India for opening of 19 additional branches. The authorisation is in addition to the 21 licences which the bank had received during this financial year.
