Sealdah bound Rajdhani Express

Howrah, Dec 26 (UNI) Trinamool Youth Congress today stopped a Sealdah-bound down Rajdhani Express in Ramchandrapur station under Eastern Railway to protest against the land acquistion for Tata Motors small car project in Singur.

Railway sources said train services were disrupted for 15 minutes due to the blockade.

Trinamool Youth Congress District President Pulak Roy said here that party also agitated in front of a Tata warehouse in the area.

AI welcomes second plane for low cost subsidiary

New Delhi, Dec 26 (UNI) Air India (AI) today received the second Boeing 737-800 aircraft which will be inducted into the fleet of its low cost subsidiary.
