HDFC Bank to declare its Q3 results on January 11

Mumbai, Dec 26 (UNI) HDFC Bank Ltd will declare the results of its financial results for the third quarter, which ends December 31, on January 11 next year.

It has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the bank will be held on January 11, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the third quarter ending December 31.

New Delhi, Dec 26 (UNI) GVFL Ltd today said it has decided to divest its holding from Scicom Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Noida-based leading provider of Onsite and Offsite product development services and technology consulting in Oil and Natural Gas industry.
