18-member Indians to take part in Scottish, British Jr Squash meets

Chennai, Dec 26 (UNI) A strong contingent of 18 players will represent India in the Scottish and British Junior Open sqaush championships, Squash Rackets Federation of India (SRFI) said today.

The Scottish Junior Open starts tomorrow and will end on December 30 at Edinburgh, while the British Open will be played between January 2 and 6 in Sheffield.

Last year at the Scottish Open, Anaka Alankamony won the girls under 13 title while Sachika Balvani (under 13), Surbhi Misra (under 17) and Abhishek Pradhan (under 13) finished runners up, an SRFI release said here.

Chelsea stutter at home despite Drogba double

LONDON, Dec 26 (Reuters) Chelsea's hopes of a third straight Premier League title took a dent today when they were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Reading.
