Bangladesh to tour Zimbabwe in February

DHAKA, Dec 24 (Reuters) Bangladesh will play four one-day internationals on a tour of Zimbabwe in early February, a cricket official said today.

''The itinerary will be announced later, but the matches are likely to be played in the first half of February,'' said Mahmudur Rahman, the chief executive officer of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).

Bangladesh played 11 one-day matches against Zimbabwe in 2006 and won eight of them, sweeping a home series 5-0 earlier this month.

Jones was replaced by Chris Read in the only change to the team that lost last week's third test in Perth by 206 runs to concede the Ashes. Australia retained the same side that won the last match to wrap up the series with two games to go, with Mitchell Johnson again named.....

The start was delayed by light rain, but play began once the drizzle stopped and the covers were taken off the centre wicket.
