Hyderabad, Dec 24 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Home Minister K Jana Reddy and Director General of Police (DGP) Swaranjeet Sen today paid a courtesy call on Union Home Minister Shivaraj Patil at Raj Bhavan.
Mr Reddy and Mr Sen met Mr Patil who had come to the city to participate in a private programme this afternoon.
Speaking to newsmen here, Mr Reddy said so far the government had not decided on extending the term of the DGP who will retire from service on December 31.
The government would take a decision on the extention of Mr Sen's service by the end of December.
However, Mr Sen declined to comment on his meet with the Union Home Minister.
