Rs I.12 cr as hoondi collection at Tirumala

Tirumala, Nov 18 (UNI) Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) today netted an amount of Rs 1.12 crore as hundi collection.

Rush of pilgrims at Tirumala was heavy due to week-end holidays.

To ensure hassle-free darshan restrictions were imposed on cellar tickets and 'Maha Laghu' darshan (distance darshan) was set up, temple deputy execuive officer Prabhakara Reddy said.
