Bangaon, Nov 12 (UNI) International trading with Bangladesh further suffered today following political turmoil in the neighbouring country.

While export through Petrapol corridor near here in North 24 Parganas district remained suspended totally, hundreds of goods carriers went out of gear either inside the warehouse terminal or at other parking zones between the international border and Bangaon town.

Official sources said no trucks from Petrapol crossed the border considering the prevailing situation on the other side of border.

However, altogether 60 trucks from Bangladesh entered here with goods, Customs sources said.

" We are in close contact with our counterpart in Bangladesh and export could be resumed with the return of normalcy, " sources added.
