Police have recovered some belongings of the victims, including mobile phones and some cash, from the accused who were allegedly involved in 28 murders, Gurgaon District Police Chief Hanif Qureshi told UNI on the telephone.
Mr Qureshi said all the accused had been produced in the District Court and remanded to police custody for a week.
The gang would operate in Daula Kuaon area of Delhi, Jajjar and Rewari districts of Haryana and Alwar and Jaipur districts of Rajasthan.
The gang used to give lifts to the people at nights in their vehicle and strangle them with intention of looting their valuables and cash and later dump their bodies in a manhole or a drain. On November 6, police had arrested five gang members and their interrogation led to arrest of the remaining four members, the SSP said.
