MTNL chooses Megasoft for roaming management

Hyderabad, Nov 7 (UNI) MTNL New Delhi has chosen Megasoft Ltd, a product-based technology company, to provide roaming management services and also focus on setting up agreements.

Megasoft's telecom division XIUS was a leading provider of highly specialized solutions to the telecom industry. Under the deal Megasoft would provide core services to MTNL New Delhi, including signing up of roaming bilaterals.

A company release today said the offer also included roaming management services. This agreement would benefit millions of MTNL subscribers as this innovative XIUS solution to MTNL would provide instant access. Automatic selection of network would be provided while roaming, instead of manual switching over the network, the relase added.

Advinus Therapeutics, Veeda CR forge strategic alliance

BJP alleges rigging in Moradabad mayor poll counting

Lucknow, Nov 7 (UNI) BJP today alleged large-scale rigging during the counting of votes for the Moradabad mayor election leading to the defeat of party candidate by a slender margin. State party president Keshri Nath Tripathi told mediapersons here about 12,000 votes were put in invalid list during the counting, whereas the defeat margin was only 1,800. 40 students fall ill after consuming mid-day meals

Mysore, Nov 7 (UNI) Forty students at a government school in Karnataka were taken ill after consuming mid-day meals served in the school today. Children at the Government Primary and Secondary school at K Hemmanahalli in this taluk complained of nausea apparently due to food poisoning after consuming the mid-day meal, police said.
