Jessica Case: Jethmalani's pettition dismissed

New Delhi Nov 7: Ram Jethmalani, lawyer of prime accused Manu Sharma in the high profile Jessica Lal murder case had filed a plea for transfer of case from Justice Sodhi's court.

The plea was quashed by the High Court today.

New Delhi, Dec 20: Manu Sharma, prime accused in murder of model Jessica Lal gets life imprisonment. Manu also gets 4 years each under Arms Act and for Criminal Conspiracy. Compensation of Rs 50,000 should be paid by Manu to the victim's family.While, Vikas Yadav and Amardeep Gill, co-accused in the case get 4 years rigorous imprisonment for aiding and abetment of the crime.The court had on Monday found Manu, son of a powerful Haryana Congress politican, guilty.....
