ITDL to open rep office in China

New Delhi, Nov 7: Indian Toners&Developers Ltd (ITDL), manufacturer of compatible black toners for Photocopiers, Laser Printers, Digital Machines and Multi Function Printers today said it plans to open a representative office in China.

''In order to increase the export of companies' products in the international market, we have decided to open a representative office in China,'' a statement said.

Employing a highly automated and integrated Swiss/German plant, ITDL has a capacity to produce 1200 mt of toners per annum, which will be augmented to 2400 mt by 2008.

Bollywood artists to be honoured

Bhopal, Nov 7: Bollywood artists from Madhya Pradesh will be honoured during the four-day film festival -- being organised by the state culture department -- that gets underway here tomorrow.Official sources said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will inaugurate the programme, which will be chaired by Public Relations Minister Narendra Singh Tomar. Tsunami warning system to be set up by September 2007

Chennai, Nov 7 (UNI) Work on setting up a tsunami warning system along the Indian coast would be completed by September, 2007, according to a senior official. The work was progressing as per schedule and it was likely to be completed by September 2007, National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) Chairman and Secretary, Ministry of Earth Sciences, P S Goel said.
