Bank of Rajasthan increases NRE and FCNR rates

Mumbai, Nov 7 (UNI) Bank of Rajasthan (BoR) has increased the interest rates on NRE and FCNR (B) deposits effective from November 1.

The interest rates on NRE term deposits have been increased to 6.34 per cent (6.30) per annum for one year to less than two years, 6.17 per cent (6.09) for two years to less than three years and 6.11 per cent (6.01) for three years, said a bank's release issued here today.

The interest rate on US Dollar deposits has also been increased to 5.34 per cent (5.30) per annum for maturity of one year to less than two years, 5.17 per cent (5.09) for two to three years, 5.11 per cent (5.01) for three years and above but less than five years and 5.12 per cent for five years.

Also the interest rate for Great Britain Pound has been increased to 5.44 per cent (5.27) per annum for one year to less than two years, 5.37 per cent (5.18) for two years and above to less than three years and 5.33 per cent (5.13) for three years. The interest rate for Euro has also been revised to 3.86 per cent (3.71) for one year to less than two years, 3.94 per cent per cent (3.78) for two years to less than three years and 3.94 per cent (3.77) for three year period, the release added.
