Annual Command Flight Safety Conference held

Lucknow, Nov 7 (UNI) The Annual Command Flight Safety Conference of the Central Command was held today in Lucknow Cantonment at the Headquarters Central Command (HQCC).

The conference, which was organised by the Aviation Branch of the HQCC was presided over by Maj Gen JS Sidhu, Major General General Staff (MGGS), HQCC and attended by delegates from the Army headquarters, Central Command and its affiliated Aviation Units.

During his address, Maj Gen Sidhu expressed hope that in step with the Rapid Modernisation Programme of the Indian Army, the Aviation Branch would adopt the latest practices and cutting edge technologies, which would help to keep it on par with the best Aviation Units anywhere in the world.

Later, Col H S Kaura-- Director Flight Safety apprised everyone of the latest acquisitions and accretions planned for the Army Aviation in future.

Hitachi signs agreement with Ingram Micro
