Petition on Marad massacre posted for hearing on Friday

Kochi, Oct 25 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today posted the petition seeking action against the persons, who had allegedly leaked intelligence report of the Marad incident, for hearing to Friday.

The petition filed by National Democratic Front (NDF) General Secretary, Nasaruddin Elamaram sought an investigation under the Officials Secrets Act into the leakage of police reports relating to the incident.

The Marad massacre had claimed nine lives in 2003.
