Satyam selected for MAKE award

Hyderabad, Oct 18: Satyam, the leading global consulting and information technology services company today announced that it is among the winners of Asia's Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) award.

The MAKE awards are given to leading Asian Organisation that leverage enterprise knowledge to create value through innovation, product or service excellence and operational effectiveness. Another chief consideration is company's ability to transform enterprise knowledge into stakeholder value.

Satyam was one of the 16 winners selected among 69 organisations, which are founded and headquartered in Asia, the company said in a release here.

21 new suspected dengue cases reported in PGIMER

Chandigarh, Oct 18 (UNI) In the last 24 hours, 21 new cases of suspected dengue fever have been reported in the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) here. An official spokesperson said 52 patients were admitted in the hospital and one patient was in a critical condition. Kerala HC declines to stay CIO's order on Marad report

Kochi, Oct 18 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today declined to stay the Chief Information Officer (CIO)'s order asking the state government to furnish a copy of the judicial inquiry report into the Marad carnage to an applicant under the Right To Information (RTI) Act.
