Canara Bank launches debit card campaign for Diwali

Bangalore, Oct 18 (UNI) Canara Bank has launched a cash back offer scheme for its ATM-cum-Debit card holders for purchases during Diwali festival.

The bank in a release here said the scheme, operational from October 15, would continue till November 13. The highlight of the scheme was that the bank offered a cash back of up to three per cent, with a maximum of Rs 1,000 per card member.

The bank had issued over 2.5 million ATM-cum-Debit cards.

SpiceJet to expand network, fleet, buys new generation Boeing

Chennai, Oct 18 (UNI) SpiceJet airline today announced expansion of its existing network to new destinations. SpiceJet will now fly to Goa and Chennai from Ahmedabad from October 25 besides an additional flight to Mumbai. 10 killed as truck overturns on Bagodara highway

Ahmedabad, Oct 18 (UNI) Ten people were killed and four others injured died when a truck in which they were travelling overturned at Bhawanipura Patiya on the Bagodara-Kheda highway. The incident occurred late last night and the dead include two women and a child. The passengers were tribal labourers who had boarded the truck carrying wheat bags at Wankaner on their way to Dahod. The truck from Rajkot was on its way to Kheda.....
