Cambridge, Nationwide Better Health offer IDM solutions

Bangalore, Oct 18 (UNI) Cambridge Solutions Ltd, a leading knowledge-based IT and BPO firm, and Nationwide Better Health, an integrated health and productivity management services company, have entered into a strategic partnership to offer Integrated Disability Management (IDM) solutions to help employers manage the complexities of employee absence and disability.

The solutions to manage occupational and non-occupational absence were often complex and expensive. This new programme provided employers with the tools to better track and analyse the root cause of employee absenteeism to increase productivity and maximise cost savings, a release here said today.

''The IDM solution is a consolidated and streamlined programme that emphasises early intervention, active case management, quality control and realistic return to work options,'' Cambridge Integrated Services President Wesley O'Brien said.

The programme helped to reduce the duration of absence, control rising costs, minimise potential fraud and abuse, and deliver significant savings to the employer, he added.
