TN putting board at Mullaperiyar ridiculous: Achuthanandan

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 30 (UNI) Terming as ridiculous Tamil Nadu putting up a board at the Mullaperiyar Dam cautioning against trespass, Kerala Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan today said the State would not be provoked by such acts.

'It is ridiculous that a board has been placed by Tamil Nadu on the land owned by Kerala even after the Supreme Court asked the two States to settle the dispute through dialogue,' he told media here.

He was reacting to reports that the neighbouring State had put up a board at the dam site cautioning against trespass into the area.
