Tanuja Chandra's films premiers on same day in 2 different countries

Mumbai, Sep 30 (UNI) BollyWood film director Tanuja Chandra is all set to showcase her two extremely different films, on the same day, but in two different countries.

'Zindaggi Rocks', starring Sushmita Sen and Shiney Ahuja will premiere in Mumbai on October 6. Also premiering on the same day is her other English film called 'Hope and a little Sugar' at a film festival in the United States.

Premiering in New York's South Asian Film Festival, 'Hope and a little Sugar' is a Muslim Sikh love story set in the backdrop of 9/11.

'Zindaggi Rocks' a Bollywood film, is based on a Rock star's life, and is produced by Anurradha Prasad's BAG films. 'Hope and a Little Sugar' is an English film and has American Producers.

What is common between both films is an Indian star cast, with the English film starring Anupam Kher, Mahima Chowdhary, Vikram Chatwal and newcomer Amit Cial. Her Bollywood flick 'Zindaggi Rocks' stars Sushmita Sen, Shiney Ahuja, Kim Sharma, and Moushimi Chatterjee.

''I will be here on October 4 for 'Zindaggi Rocks' and will fly immediately for the premiere of 'Hope and a Little Sugar' in the South Asian Film Festival. I'm glad that both my films are getting a grand opening and I hope the audiences appreciate my efforts,'' she said. Chandra said.

Regular exercise may affect IVF results

Plague outbreak feared in eastern Congo -- WHO
