Rajnath Singh to visit Chandigarh on Oct 1

Moga, Sept 30: BJP president Rajnath Singh will inaugurate the party's Chandigarh unit office tomorrow.

Interacting with mediapersons here today, Punjab BJP chief Avinash Rai Khanna, however, said that during the visit, Mr Singh is not scheduled to hold talks with the Akali leadership on the seat sharing issue for the coming Punjab assembly elections.

''Our leader is coming only for the inauguration of the party's office in Chandigarh'', Mr Khanna said.

He further said that the seat sharing between the two allies was not a problem for the leadership of both the parties.
