Pranab greets jawans on the occasion of Durga Puja and Dussehra

Jammu, Sep 30 (UNI) Defence Minister Pranab Mukherjee has extended greetings to the armed forces and their families on the festive occasion of Durga Puja and Dussehra.

In a message, Mr Mukherjee said these festivals symbolise the eternal triumph of good over evil. He said the festival ''reminds us to tread the path of righteousness to overcome the negative forces prevailing in society.'' The Minister also greeted the civilian employees and their family members of his ministry and its various establishments on the occasion.
