Three NLFT and 15 HNLC militants surrender

Agartala, Sep 22 (UNI) Two hardcore National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT) ultras, one collaborator and 15 HNLC militants surrendered to the Assam Rifles (AR) and Tripura State Rifles (TSR) today.

Official sources here said while the NLFT ultras and the collaborator surrendered at Anand Bazar Camp in Kanchanpur sub-division of north district, the HNLC militants surrendered at Kailashahar.

The NLFT militants laid down two revolvers, sources said adding the HNLC militants, however, did not lay down any arms.
